The anticipated completion date for this project was Spring 2025 but this date was set when the project was launched and it coincided with a few months before the start of the pandemic and lockdowns here in Canada. Appreciating that there were supply chain constrains in trades and building materials with the blowback still being felt in a lot of sectors, what is the opinion on the pace and progress for this project? The typical high rise usually gets interm occupancy (on average) 1-1.5 years out from their advertised/anticipated close dates, is this project on pace, lagging (by how long)?
