steveve, you're right. They're pretty close in terms of height above ground. I'm betting that Burano will go up more quickly though.

The lobby on Shangri-la is bigger and more complex I think so I would also expect Burano to move more quickly.

The forms for the second level were being assembled today at the south end of the site. This baby is moving along well

Looking at the second image above, the eventual demise of 790 Bay (Bay and College) seems inevitable. All the pretty girls on Bay make her stuccoed hide more and more noticeably a target for demo.
