Definitely a slab, and not looking exactly like the renders, though I prefer it this way.

Not only would the thermal performance be horrendous, but leaving the concrete structure exposed would not be to code.

It looks like background material (albeit high-quality background material). There aren't many engaging details. It's too bad it isn't more of a landmark since it occupies the corner lot.

There is too much grey in this already. I was not expecting that. Black with the white contrast, would have been so much better!

They haven't installed the white cladding yet. My office is across the street and they've been installing insulation panels slowly first and as you see in the photos, the metal panels don't yet have insulation on them. Looking at frame on the penthouse towards the east side, you can see that they've started to build out those thinner elements with insulation as well. I think we'll be seeing the white cladding being installed pretty soon.

Agreed, this should just be the framing but the final result will be white, white, white.

Oh. I kinda like it as metal. It looks very industrial but still elegant. Hopefully the white is nice.

The website says "phase 3 coming soon" does anyone know what thats about? is that just a release of different suite designs within the existing building? or is it a whole new building that will be built... somewhere nearby?
