I feel like this was just starting the planning process a few days ago but... ITS ALREADY BEEN 4 YEARS!!!

Good to see it rising. Can't wait for the cladding to start

I think it will work well. There is enough contrast to make the modernist white grid stand out, however what many buildings fault (and architects) is the lack of understanding where white window coverings will affect the look of the building especially when there is, or not, any tint in the window glass and how reflective it is.

I appreciate the perforated design of the vent grille, rather than resorting to the typical horizontal vent louvres, and the glazing that spans from floor to ceiling.
