Does anyone know why this condo is taking so long to build? I remember others that were selling at the same time (Mercer, etc..) and already fully built and occupied, and this only looks like its maybe 4 stories high...

I am still reserving judgment on this one. I think if the extension of the front façade is done right, ie it matches really well that will be a big part of how this looks in the end. Also a good cleaning of these bricks and the addition of a grand entryway and windows could potentially make this one a real show stopper.

I like the rendering, I am still hoping that the considerable delays or any other reasons will not have a significantly negative impact on the final look!

I don't think it was that expensive. I like to attach the front of my house to a fancy contraption, roll it out on the street for a few months, then reattach it to my house. It's kind of like flipping your mattress, you should do it from time to time LOL =)

Nice to have the red brick though, I am still hoping the additional brick to come matches just perfectly...
