I remember people having a conniption fit over that rock in Yorkville - now nobody questions its existence or what it cost way back when. People have short memories.
 
Apparently in this development are 238 Apartments, and 206 Condos. Does anyone have any information if the Condos are being occupied? I cannot find any information regarding to the pre-sales on these condos. Were these a private placement to the indigenous community? Also, looks like there are NO affordable apartment rental options in this building. All 238 Apartment Units are at Market Rates.
