The health centre is up and running. Found out that the patterns on the chairs reflect indigenous medicinal plants such as sage and tobacco. Also the bright reds, yellows, whites and black reflect the medicine wheel. Finally the sculpture at the southwest corner is going to be extended along the top of the building by strands similar to the ones hanging on disc.

The residential building is opening soon.

I read back in the thread but didn't see any discussion of this--is there any reason they painted the heritage building on the corner bright orange?
I believe you are asking about the Canary House. I don't think any of us know why they chose to paint it, but perhaps the answer will eventually appear on this thread:
 
So Birch House is listing October as the availability date for rentals. Canary House doesn’t say but when I walked by today the lobby is functioning. A huge increase in population for my favourite new neighbourhood and that isn’t including 28 Eastern!
