Does anyone know what's going in on the ground level? So far it looks like an F45 Training Gym and a Scotia bank will be moving in.
The left side reads "leased" but no info on who leased it. Two other spaces are vacant, which are being offered as one store or two smaller stores.

TBH, that's probably the most info we've seen so far on which retail tenants are opening here. Appreciate you sharing that.

I did some more research into this.
The F45 @ Duffern & Dupont (Galleria) is not going anywhere. It is running as a separate franchise.
The F45 shown in this floor plan is expected to open in February or March of 2022.
They will NOT be accepting the Gallleria membership. You'll be required to join as a fresh new member.
This new location will be known as F45 Annex. (the name and signage will look the same. "Annex" is just credit to the location)
The "Leased" space will be a Cafe, but no word yet on the name.
I'm still trying to learn when the Scotiabank will open. That information is also not yet available.

Update:
It's official! The "leased" space on the left of the floor plan will be Creeds.
This leads to easy speculation that the current Creeds building will be torn down and a condo will be built in its place.
Oh...look! A vandalized sign requesting permission to build a condo there! Suddenly speculation leans more toward fact. lol
(Sign is next to the billboard pole)

It's good to see Creeds finding a new spot within the area. Btw, the thread for that development to replace their current location is here:

Thanks! I posted a message there to show where Creeds is moving to, and how it now frees up ability to tear down the Creeds building.

Gonna look great in 10 years covered in grey runoff stains 😆
I hope their property taxes will take better care of the road than what we currently see in that last pic, lol
As for those stains, high maintenance fees will keep them away. The building will always look a nice shiny white. ;)

Very nice pics! Thanks for posting.
I'm just waiting patiently for Tridel to post their "coming soon" sign, which would mention all the ground level retail. (Scotia Bank, etc...)
At last check there were two spaces available still, which, if desired, could be one store. How about an INS to compete head on with the Circle K? lol
(strictly a guess, but still an idea) Or maybe one of these stores? https://aisle24.ca/ (Again, strictly guessing, but not a bad idea.)
