Does anyone have the latest completion date for this project?

Seem to be forming ceiling for 33rd floor now. 2 more floors to go (say 1.5 week each) then add a month for mechanical and top. About 2 more months to top out and finish forming (end of March?),... then add 6 months to occupancy looking around end of September? Occupancy usually in phases,... while some of lower floors are wrapped, there's nothing on podium,... best would be Late summer early Fall. For retail I'm seeing Summer and end of year availability.
