I guess why he is asking is because he has a letter from the builder that provides an occupancy date in mid 2014. I have one that says June 2014. Will be extended at least 2 years. That podium is quite large.

I doubt 2-1/2 years, im going to keep to my prediction of mid-end 2015...this bldg. (32 more floors) will top off sometime in the fall and be ready to move in a year later

You may be right AG. The podium is large but most of it will be used for resident parking from what I recall.

I'm with AG above saying that it should be ready for occupancy by mid to end of 2015. This year would be next to impossible given that trades are spread a little thin across the city. Builder's letters are kind of meaningless, so don't even worry about them. The best thing to do is just to see it in person or check out pics and updates that people post on here. Buildings take longer to construct than people think.

Slowly. They have been working on the crash wall for what seems like forever and only got around to pouring a small section of it on Thursday.
There's an unbelievable amount of rebar (hugely thick rebar) in the crash wall, as you can best make out in drum's third photo above.

^Oh I know but this isn't the first crash wall I've seen built, and the other one I've seen took maybe a week to build, not the 3 or 4 weeks that this one is taking.
