It's one of those buildings that was looking interesting...until they started to add the cladding. Then it went all Brampton from there...

Not sure I understand the hate on for this one. Sure it's grey, but we're getting clear corners and hand laid brick. It's also definitely pretty spandrel free so generally I'm happy.

In fairness, ProjectEnd brings up some valid points. I find the east side to be the lesser well resolved. But overall the sum of its parts is relatively reasonable. This building hovers around a B-minus.
