Does anyone know why this project is so severely delayed ?? Years are clicking by without any communication from Stafford. Have reached out several times without any substantial response. Communication has been horrible .. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
I don't know anything about this project in particular, but…
• even before the pandemic hit, it was exceedingly rare for a building to be finished on time, as there have been labour shortages in the construction trades for years
• the pandemic slowed things more as more precautions had to be taken to keep workers healthy, but even then some got sick
• the pandemic has been disrupting the supply chain for materials as well (even before wingnuts started blockading things recently)
