The windows are my favourite thing about the restoration, thus far. I think they're perfect.

Those windows look fine to me as well... I think the grid approach works very well and hearkens back to an earlier industrial age.

That model really puts the proportion of the center space into perspective, since with all the prior renderings you either had buildings omitted or super wide angle shots.

I really do hope it doesn't feel too narrow or overly shaded during the day, IMO.

So MOCA is going to take up 5s of the tower - I always thought it was 2.5-3s with some hint of more.
