Love the lattice on the curvy building, it would be even sharper with superior balcony glass. Otherwise, this complex has been designed very well across the board..

Love the urbanization of University Avenue although a proper barrier between the bike lane and the road needs to be installed. 1 street done; 30,000 more streets to go.
