The Lanterra newsletter for June 2020 includes a short blurb about Artists' Alley:

"Overall this project has three buildings and all are being constructed at the same time. We are currently working on the foundation of one of the buildings. The concrete placing pump for this building has been installed, and the second tower crane is now erect. Iron workers are placing steel and carpenters are placing forms in preparation for a concrete pour. The excavation of the third building is being prepared for the foundation work."
