Does anybody know where the garbage chute is located?

1 bedroom at 473 sq feet? That's not even a good size for a studio unit.
There's not a single floorplan here that isn't horribly pinched and awkward. Are architectural firms just handing the interior layouts to their novices or new hires or something? So many of them now are absolutely torturous. All the names of rooms are there, but little of the real thing. "Den", "Living Room", "Kitchen" have become about as substantial as "Iconic", "Exclusive" and "High-End".

3BR at 876 sq ft. Lol ok.

I have a 3bdrm, its just over 1,100ft2.

Two of the bedrooms are a reasonable size, one is appropriate only for a small child (converted to my office).

I have a galley kitchen that is definitively too small, and only 1 bathroom.

Look at that 3brdm, the kitchen, while open is more pinched that my galley...........but they made room for 2 bathrooms.

The living space is near non-existent. Meanwhile..... closet space????

This is why I live in an older building. The amenities in new buildings just aren't worth the cramped living space and useless kitchens.

Even some of the condos of the aughts were far more liveable and offer better value.

Mariner Terrace had far superior layouts and finishes, space for full size appliances, ample kitchen counter space, gas line for a gas stove was standard, and an actual front hall closet.

Artists Alley is obviously architecturally superior on the outside, but the suites are glorified student dorms when compared to Mariner Terrace. Quality of life has taken a nose dive over the past 2 decades.
