It's sad that we are getting that one little silly stripe of grey spandrel, but otherwise, I'm very much into everything about this project (so far). It is amazing - HPA packs a regular city's block of detail and interest into a two building project on a side street. We are going to be thanking them for their projects across the city decades from now.
