Does anybody know if the radiation of the mobile phone antennas can be harmful to the people reside directly facing to them in the new building? Shall they be relocated to a higher location after AA is completed? Thanks.

No more dangerous than owning a phone or a microwave or living in a city already covered in bouncing frequencies.

They may need to move them as they'll be somewhat limited with a building in the way now though...
