No idea what that things is to the right in the photo above, but a hell a lot better than what there as well for the rest of the block.

The shoring is a fair distance from the street edge as that area is City Property and to allow the widening of Dundas to 6/7 Lanes for the BRT.

Cruised by here today (photos to follow) and noticed that there were two cranes up, @interchange42

The north end is formed for grade level and should be pour by the end of next week. Even though it will be a grade level, it will be a about 4 fleet below street grade due to the sloping area. Odd this end will be done first when work started on the south end first.

The full ground level will be fully pour in the next week or 2 for the south end with the north end pour and working on the 2nd floor
