I've said it before: I wouldn't be surprised is Sears/Eatons is someday redeveloped into a Ryerson facility. (The metal party wall on the Ted Rogers school seems to prefigure an addition there.)

Interesting how thoroughly barren and denuded the Lawrence/DVPscape was at the beginning--at least, from our own perspective of mature trees and "naturalization" policies.

Oh, at the bottom left, atop the Borden plant: that star/asterisk thing atop the roof corner is, I believe, the back of an Elsie the Cow sign (long a landmark at this juncture)
