What is the plan for the eyesore east of the building? Will that be taken down with the Portlands redevelopment?

This building is really looking pretty classy. A good contrast

Between the two buildings, I'll takes ours too be honest - I like the actual metal material for the contrast vs the different glass.

The half demolished grain silos will be incorporated into new development.

A quarter of the railings are install. Aquabella scoffs at London once completed.

I believe they were soybean silos. But we've seen at Bathurst that they can be pretty nice when polished up.

I quite enjoyed photographing that one last summer in London. It has those super cool melting caramel looking panels. I think I’m loving Aqualuna even more!

Many of us appear to have visited here in recent days; I was by here too, on May 26th, 2024:

this is looking cool... I wish they would build a lot more of these uniquely shaped buildings on the waterfront. I understand the concept of the angles and balcony layouts to maximize views for every unit. however, in reality for the people living there, they have zero privacy on their balconies. units above and beside them can see 100% what they are doing.
