I find the glazing here pretty solid overall. A better effort than Freed's recent project at 346 Davenport:

You're not wrong, but I fixed it for you anyway........... LOL It's a mish-mash, period, full-stop. Terrible design, worse execution. Is this the single worst Freed? It's gotta be up there. From marble to spandrels to ... aluminum sidings?

I think you'll have to tell yourself that for every project then if you're expecting curtain wall on your condo!

That being said, I do think they did a good job here on their window selection. I don't see the loss of the curtainwall to be large overall loss from an overall aesthetic point of view. It seems to me that it was always meant to fade into the background so that the precast silhouettes could be prominent, and the dark glass with dark mullions and spandrels has been successful in that regards.
 
Balconies projecting through the envelope are also a pretty good indicator that you're not getting curtainwall
