Are they shoring for both buildings? I am unclear on whether these are connected or not, or if the commercial portion is a seperate improvement? parking connected perhaps?

EDIT: ok so this is for both buildings after looking at the ownership and the property lines, which I assume at minimum means shared foundation, shared u/g parking. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I'd imagine the parking will all be constructed at once.
 
It's odd that we haven't seen any leasing push for the office / commercial yet. You'd think they want to put the offering out there at the very least.

Actually it makes a lot of sense ... office space demand is at a low ebb due to covid-19 ... maybe by the time the building is completed in three years there will be more demand.
 
Why would Freed not want to start marketing efforts earlier rather than later? Class A stuff that started marketing two years ago still has little takeup.
