Still not feeling it personally, just ok. The podium is not doing much for me yet and those white panels on the tower don't look that great in my opinion. I don't dislike it. I was just hoping I'd be more excited about it.

I think it is still too early to judge this one, there are still a lot of details to come, including the podium fins.

This one just isn't going to look good until the balconies are fully glazed and the design is fully revealed… and I'm not convinced that the white panels at the corners will ever look good with the copious seams in them.

It does show though- the design is far ahead of many of Tridel's other projects, as is the material quality (how often do you hear of curtain wall and Tridel?)- but the materials and design aren't nearly as high quality as they could be, as could be best shown by the generic window wall bits poking through.
 
Only the office space is curtain wall and that's standard affair.

It's Wallman's fault. He allowed Clewes to be lazy here.
