Hey all: Alias has a website which includes a 3-D model of their project. In comparing this with the plans as submitted and approved in 2018, I find a discrepancy in representation of the southwest corner of the main tower. In the approved plans, it is clearly displayed as being curved. Yet in the new online model it is built as a sharp 90-degree angle. Is this the type of design change a builder could make on his own, without approval?

But according to the revised plans submitted and approved by the city in 2018 - the most recent AFAIK - the southwest corner is curved. Please see page 27. So, either there was a more recent submission to the city (if so, when?), or they were in error, or the developer is ignoring them. Which is it?
Take a look at page 32 where you'll find the enlarged plan. Just so you know, these are just preliminary drawings. For instance, this document only shows 5 residential elevators, but in reality, there will be 6.
