Not looking forward to this one, the detailing along the Sheppard frontage looks dreadful.

New renderings are updated in the database! Several project information has a few minor changes. The total storey count increased from 8 storeys to 9 storeys. The total building height increased from 28.35m to 31.75m. The total unit count increased from 163 units to 179 units. Finally, the total parking spaces remain the same at 196 parking.
