What will bring this from OK to Pretty Nice Actually is if they will install those angled panels on the side of the balconies like in the renders. Nice colours so far though, and the pattern that references the old roofline.

Given that the tower is topped out, I'm surprised they haven't started restoring the heritage building, as it normally takes ages (see examples across the street).
