I do know that the first tower sold out in 48 hrs...
Second one took a few weeks...
All they're selling now is the town homes in the podium...
This is what I was told by the sales office...

I never found those podium-townhomes on any development to be that intriguing as a person to live there. As a developer POV its perfect....do you know what they are asking for the townhomes?

During construction is the wrong time to judge it. Wait until the project is finished and the balcony glass is installed. In comparison to the other towers around it, I believe it will be quite spectacular once completed.

THIS is the area that needs redevelopment also. Hopefully AW and the MCC in general help spur along more densified growth in other key areas.
