The construction hoist is located inside the tower itself.

My favorite project in the GTA hands down, there's something very 'Fosteresque' about them. I really hope they don't get lost in a forest of mediocrity in the coming years.

They already are in a forest of mediocrity... but yes, to keep them from being lost, it makes one want to impose height limits on MCC now for anything that doesn't win an international architectural design competition.
