The documents on the City's website are all from the August 17 submission. It's possible that some changes could be presented at tonight's meeting, but it's more likely to be relatively unchanged at this point.

Correct. Everything was unchanged. Comments at the meeting revolved around reducing the amount of parking, dealing with servicing of the building, and a push for retail.

The presentation deck from the public meeting is now up on the AIC.

Still 79 vehicular spaces, which is insane for this location.

Good, that's 2 out of 3 priorities I identified in my post at the beginning of the thread; the other, is the idea than the Bathurst sidewalk space needs to be larger.

Overall, the changes here are positive, the parking ratio is improved, the massing is improved, the micro-retail is a good add, the additional height merited.

New rendering added to the database. The stats are taken from the architectural plan via Rezoning submission. The storey count changed from 10-storey to 12-storey. The height changed from 37.18m to 42.77m. The unit changed from 124 units to 155 units. The storey count changed from 79 parking to 80 parking. The total bike parking changed from 151 bike parking to 184 bike parking.

Adopted with an Amendment at today's TEYCC meeting.

Said Amendment is below:

Great stuff from the Councillor; ecologically minded, inclined to secure good parkland, and loves drinking fountains!
