The planning document linked in the first post has details for the civil engineer on the far right column, C.F. Crozier & Associates. Their contact info can be found there.
 
It's been almost a year since an update on this project. Anyone near have a picture of further development on site?

I like the increase of density on this plot, but I'm not so crazy about the design.
 
I cruised by here this morning. Absolutely nothing happening here. Perhaps this project has been shelved.

It looked like they were starting roads and sewers in Jason's post from March 2nd of last year and then stopped.
 
May 6th - At first I thought construction on the road in this development was resuming but I think they are just staging equipment for the adjacent project.
