Translation please for those of us who are not in the real estate biz - allocations? worksheets? Thanks.

Think of worksheets as request or application forms submitted by interested buyers in the development. And allocations as the units that can be offered by the developer as options to those interested buyers.

A worksheet would usually ask the buyer which type of units they're interested in. But the exact units may not always be guaranteed to be available (allocated) if there's greater demand than supply.
