Hearing from a few that got to do a hard hat tour recently that the natural light in the units here are lacking and that the ceiling heights especially are very underwhelming for this price point.

How does it compare to 4 The Kingsway?

I believe lower ceiling heights was from North Drive trying to maximize number of units because of high land price, high development charges and an unofficial height restriction, anything taller on this lot would get profound pushback from neighborhood groups, like the residents on Hazelton.

Re : natural light, are you referring to west facing units? theres a lot of scaffoling covering the west side currently which would block out light.

This project is Armour Heights not North Drive, but I do agree, that would make a lot of sense with them maximizing units and profits. The natural light was mostly lacking on the units that were sharing the wall on the north side with 99 avenue, the units that are above were slightly better

I wish I had a better response and more answers but I was just passing on what I was told from an agent who had just come back from a visit.
