This is looking great. And honestly that pastel mint blue is kind of nice. It will pop on a gloomy day I bet. The cladding is really nice and has almost a deco feel.

I think that maybe as part of the approval process, they should have to have mock panels made before construction that are going to be used on the building. I am so tired of buildings being constructed with materials that are not even close to the renders they provide. I know there's an element of artistic license, but come on, the point of a rendering is to give an idea of what it will look like. They could at least *try* to make it look similar!
