This building seems quite far along, but there’s so much key cladding left to be installed. The balcony separations, the entire podium, the underside of the transfer slabs. I still cannot form a judgement, but I think it might turn out well.

At a minimum , it’s a nice warm colour overall.

The simple fact that the balcony dividers are at a strong angle and opaque makes an enormous difference to how the building will be read.

This building has some nice details, but it also has the proportions of a slab tower. One would hope that the units are wide, which is a potential advantage of slab tower proportions.
