It looks great but I can see the neighbours to the north west kicking up a stink about the additional floors at the rear (860R). It would butt right up against their rear property line(s).

OPA Application is in. Proponent is TAS, architect is 'Suulin Architects,' a new firm formed by two former Shim Sutcliffe-ers. Looks promising!

Allied owned this property until 2016 when they sold. Not sure if it was directly to TAS or to a 3rd party. Can someone with RealNet / Altus access investigate the transaction history?
