Here's hoping Phipps Street behind this development becomes a retail street as a shared space as well.Just wanted to say that St. Nicholas is turning into a retail street that 8 Wellesley will only enhance. While more developed on the northern end it is spreading as more ground floor units are turned over to businesses. A tea shop, restaurant and several beauty shops.
Now that you mentioned it, I think I see a slant forming on the southern elevation (facing Wellesley on the Park in my shot) on the floors above the setback. Have to look closer when I pass by again.I believe looking at the drawings this is where the slant begins in the building
