Can someone explain this to me like I'm 5. Is this proposal in any way made easier by any recent zoning changes over the last 2 years?
I initially assumed yes, but I now see that multiplex rules only apply to stacked units, not four side-by-side units (i.e. not townhouses).
Does this project run the risk that neighbours could just kick up a fuss and get this project cancelled, or is the re-zoning in the application a rubber stamp exercise, and we can expect to see a lot more of these being built?
