The lack of sufficient elevators always makes me think of the red angry sims waiting for a slow elevator in Sim Tower, a classic 90s game.

Demolition has begun!!

New rendering added via minor variance. The storey count changed from 38 & 30 storeys to 38 & 29 storeys. The height changed from 124.05m & 100.15m to 124.05m & 97.20m/ The total unit count changed from 761 units to 746 units. The bike parking changed from 761 bikes to 747 bikes. Finally, the total parking space was reduced from 381 parking to 338 parking.

They've placed signage along side Jopling Ave where they demolished the homes. The art and concept behind them is quite nice, shame it's not on a busier street so more people could see.
