Hamilton 75 James Condos | 108m | 34s | LIUNA | Graziani + Corazza

Not to mention new places may open up nearby
Hoping that some of the retail in the base of this building has some lively places. Augusta is pretty full, though there's one or two lawyer's offices that would be much nicer as bars/restos.

Retail further north on the west side of James is also largely vacant, except that cool book store.

Since I haven't been down there (Augusta St, or Hamilton for that matter) in a long time:
How does the Core Urban project
'The Chelsea' look?

This area's gonna have so many more people living nearby with this--75 James, and Cobalt/King William Urban Rentals.

I honestly prefer high on one side and low on the others - canyons are just dark cold and windy. I like being able to see the sky hehe..
The wind tunnel effect of skyscraper canyons is one thing I dislike about large cities like Toronto. It can be downright brutal depending on the season
