Residents should be fined for wasting the public's time. How ridiculous. We need density and this is NOTHING. They should be happy to get this instead of a tower. Tired of idiot nimbys.

I want to like the proposal because we need the midrise density, but the panel cladding looks cheap. The massing is dull, and it doesn't leave much room in front for healthy trees and landscaping, which are hallmark's of the city's residential streets.
