NB: the data are inconsistent between the urban design brief and community presentation. The former says 11 storeys and 249 units; the later says 8 storeys and 227 units.

Interesting building. Not what I would typically think of when I think of Barrie.

Quick FYI: The community presentation is from 2 years ago. It looks like the original submission was for 8 storeys, and a newer one was made for 11 storeys.
