New renderings are updated in the database! The project information changed from 31.09m to 31.0m. Finally, total parking count reduced from 205 parking to 192 parking.

From the above, and looking at the site layout, I would anticipate previously proposed office components going residential and/or mixed use (with residential).
References to the subway stations and densification suggest a large ask here.

Kevric Real Estate hopes to build a close-to-700,000-square-foot residential and mixed-use development in the Studio District east of downtown Toronto. The Montreal firm is also undergoing a transition, as founder Richard Hylands takes a reduced role.

Kevric has filed a new proposal for 65 through 87 Heward Avenue in Toronto’s Studio District, replacing a mid-rise office plan with a four-building, mixed-use community. Designed by RAW Design, the plan includes 806 homes, new retail, and 3,150m² of dedicated film-production space.

Seems highly optimistic, it's not actually thatttt close to East Harbour or Riverside-Leslieville

I'm talking about the future Ontario line station, not the neighbourhoods themself

Still very close, compared to several other under-serviced areas in the GTA... hence the plans for all that dense mid-rise. The Ontario Line is a huge draw and let's face it - car traffic is never going to do anything but get more congested.
