Check out the window wall on this one. Different than anything i have seen to date. Not a typical window wall and not a curtain wall. Freed is on to something here.

Unfortunately the grey spandrel suggests something is off.

It is a standard window wall, but the mullion caps are unually shallow, almost flush with the glass to give it a sleek look.
Curtain wall wouldn't be ideal or feasible for this design with all in and outs of the façade.
I think the grey spandel panel is there to create a consistant line across the building because of the louvred vent panels.
On Fashion House it doesn't have that which makes creates a unsightly jagged line on each floor, which is accentuated even more at night with the illuminated drapes. It looks terrible.

Looks good indeed, but would have looked (and been) 10x better with curtain-wall.

Are we sure this is not a curtain-wall? The plans submitted to the city clearly indicate curtain wall for units with no balconies.
Buyers could sue for misrepresentation.

I saw the windows up close.
It's not a true curtain wall, but a hybrid window wall system.
Half of the depth of the window wall sits between the concrete floor slabs while the other half protrudes beyond the slab edge.
One afternoon I noticed one of the windows open and I was very impressed about how wide it could be opened, almost 45 degrees wide which is impressive for a relatively large operable window. Though being on King Street you probably don't want to be experiencing that much street noise from inside.
