This iteration of the proposal has some tangible benefits for the community, notably in expanding and reorganizing (and refurbishing) St. Jamestown West park.
The restoration of the heritage property at the corner and some good public realm/streetscape investments also look promising.
The tower is a tad ho hum.....but I like the way they've handled the podium. Overall seems worthwhile.
Yes it's still surpasses the 150 meter mark to be a legit skyscraper. It's just a little bit shorter than the Shelby. Love to see a fly by on this one if you can Koops !
It’s a standard medallion building. Same sort of style as 45 Lisgar and their building in Ajax.The podium is the best thing about it. The tower itself? Unremarkable.
