Zoning was settled at the OLT in 2021, and this is now working through the SPA process with resubmissions in 2022, 2023 and April 2024:

DIALOG is now attached as AoR, AUDAX remains Design Architect.

To alter the redevelopment plan for a 9-storey office building approved under Site Specific By-law 718-2025 (OLT) by permitting a change of use from office to hotel use, increasing the number of storeys to 10 storeys (with a total height of 43.39 m), and increasing the maximum permitted non-residential gross floor area for this lot. This site has heritage designation.
