Nice article. The article mentions "revitalization of three 1970s-era rental towers". These buildings are looking pretty sad, are there any specifics about how they will revitalize them?
The interiors have all been replaced and they tore down the neglected roof gardens opening up st james street. The buildings exteriors are fine, they are not falling apart.
this one is only 43 (its at 14 floors right now) the 58 storey tower will be further north just south of howard st, but connected to the rest of the complex underground.
