This one is headed to next week's City Council meeting in the form of a Request for Direction Report.

The substance is confidential, but the timing and wording lead me to believe it's a settlement offer.

If it is not, and/or the offer is not accepted, this one will head to an OLT hearing on February 27th, 2023.

Very good news UT; this most interesting design has substantially survived the planning process.

The matter before Council last week was indeed a Settlement Offer, and it was adopted by Council.

This one didn't even take a hair cut, it's still 66s.

In fact the sausage making here seems down right artisanal on the whole. Transportation's goofy ideas about parking went nowhere (as they should have); some minor sculpting changes at the roof line eliminated shadow on St. James Cathedral, and there is now a knock-out panel for either a connection to King Station and/or the Path.

When developers don't honour generic renderings, then I doubt someone would build something that looks a lot more complicated to build from the onset.

Because nothing is 'done' until it's 'done' officially and then it will take a long time to actually see any action. Patience!

A few images from March 2023 Architectural Plans. These diagrams looked a bit more detailed than the ones in post #68 but still pretty similar (but that could just be because of the resolution).

No new rendering updated in the database. The total unit count changed from 482 units to 511 units. The total parking changed from 68 parking to 37 parking.

Stats are taken from the architectural plan via rezoning submission!
