Is it me or does Centercourt move quickly with their builds?

It's their thing. They're very fast. Just compare that to Nobu next door.
Granted it doesn't retain the heritage facades but still very fast comparatively

Centrecourt runs their sites on 12 hour days vs 8 hours for most sites, which is why they build so fast. The sites run 7-7, instead of most which are 7-3. Not sure of the extra labour cost from that, but I guess they figure it’s better to pay it and move on to the next project. It’s nice as a buyer to know it’ll go up quick too.
