The step-down from four seasons to the building to the north is great, it makes for a nice transition in elevation.

Looks great in every way! Three completely new and different designs that are not simple boxes in two days.....more please!

Wow its going to look great ! Its about time a developer creates a building that looks jagged like the Scotia Tower! Too many blue green box looking structures in the city.

Given the relative location of this site to the park across the street, I don't understand how the proposed height will be approvable with the concerns City has always raised about shadow impacts on the park

The applicants dealt with the shadowing directly, showing how the building's form was generated by keeping the shadow within the existing Four Seasons shadow for all but an hour or two during the equinoxes. Apparently the City's greatest concern is actually the relocation (and loss of one) of the heritage houses on Scollard.

Absolutely gorgeous design and amazing attention to detail with the landscaping (as Lenser mentioned). Sort of reminds me of a condo version of HP's The Well office tower. Please don't let this get watered down.
